The Best Secret Beaches In Cornwall!

We all know that Cornwall can get quite busy... Really busy in fact! So here are some of my favourite places to head to when the towns are crowded and the popular beaches are swamped with people! 1) Nanjizal Without a nearby car park, Nanjizal could be considered one of the most secluded spots in all of Cornwall! What's more, is that the untouched, golden sand, mystical “Song of the Sea” cave and it's natural, narrow sea arch make it a true hidden gem! Sitting in Mount's Bay on Cornwall's south coast, this small island is topped with an incredible castle and is home to it's very own harbour and glorious g

Quieter Harbour Towns Worth Visiting In Cornwall!

Harbour towns are apparently very popular places to visit in Cornwall, which can also make them some of the busiest... So, here are a few suggestions to help you avoid the crowds whilst enjoying stellar scenery and observing a quaint way of life! 1) Boscastle I admit Boscastle might not be the quietest of all harbour towns in Cornwall, but it is one of the most impressive! With it's weathered harbour wall set in a steep ravine on the rugged north coast, it's the perfect place for walking and exploring. It's remote, picturesque and also home to The Witchcraft Museum! 2) St Mawes Situated on the mouth of the Percuil river, with blue water, sandy beaches and green rolling hills of the Roseland
